Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is shipped, ThreeFiftyLuxury is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Ownership and responsibility of the package transfer to the shipping carrier at the time of shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error. Please double-check your information before confirming your order.
