Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: No. All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please double-check your sizing and order details before checking out.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely shipping.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Q: My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t get my package. What do I do?
A: Once a package is shipped, ThreeFiftyLuxury is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes We do offer international shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties required by their country.
